Degroux Brugère assisted Capital Croissance in its takeover of IMS Networks, a group specializing in the outsourcing and security of network infrastructures and cybersecurity services, in an MBO/Capital Development transaction aimed at supporting the growth sought by the Group.
IMS Networks thus aims to strengthen its financial resources in order to accelerate its commercial approach and continue the development of its cybersecurity technology called "Custocy". As the first French player, apart from France Telecom, to have been able to design, deploy and operate a very high speed fiber optic network, the group intends to develop its geographical bases and its offer of services and products.
Bpifrance, which is already supporting the group, is also acquiring a stake in the capital, while the historical shareholders, including Multicroissance, are reinvesting. The management team is investing collectively to strengthen its capital position.
