DEGROUX BRUGÈRE is proud to announce the appointment of Marguerite Galois-Boyé as Counsel.
Marguerite, who joined the firm in 2016 as an associate, works on both the tax structuring and transactional aspects of private equity transactions.
She assists investment funds in LBO transactions, groups and their managers in restructuring or external growth transactions, as well as in the implementation of management packages.
This appointment follows that of Benoît Courtet last March, in line with the firm's policy of continuing its development.
