After a first LBO operation orchestrated in 2016 by Ciclad, then a second one in 2019 by LBO France, it is now HLD's turn to accompany the Paris-based ESN Infodis in its third LBO.
HLD has signed its entry into the capital of the Infodis Group, alongside the Management led by the Group's Chairman, Stéphane Clément, with the objective of accelerating its development, notably through an external growth strategy, targeted on high value-added digital and IT expertise, in France and internationally. While relying on a sustained annual organic growth rate, HLD is banking on development through acquisitions.
