Infodis, a major player in the engineering, outsourcing and IT infrastructure support services sector, is strengthening its dominant market position and expertise by acquiring Atexweb, a company specializing in the design and optimization of IT infrastructures.
Only three weeks after the HLD group acquired a stake in Infodis, the acquisition of Atexweb illustrates the company's external growth strategy and testifies to the management's determination to carry out an ambitious development project to which HLD, its main shareholder, is providing its strategic and operational support.
