Philippe Delattre joined the firm in 1979.

He has developed a particular expertise in international tax matters and pursues part of his activity in Luxembourg.

He advises family funds, investors, real estate groups as well as financial institutions.

He mainly provides assistance on transversal issues in relation with the structuring of the client's activities and assets, but also on growth and investment operations in France and abroad.
