After working in the tax department of an Anglo-Saxon firm, Marguerite joined Degroux Brugère in 2016 as an associate.

Marguerite is involved in both tax structuring and transactional aspects of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and expansion capital transactions. She assists investment funds in LBO transactions, companies and their managers in fundraising, external growth and refinancing transactions, as well as in the implementation of management packages.
