Sybille Plantin, partner, joined the firm in 1992.

She practices in the Firm’s corporate law and tax departments and assists listed or non-listed companies, family offices, notably in the real estate, hospitality, services and industry sectors, on their acquisitions, mergers and restructurings.

Together with her team, she also covers the legal and tax follow-up of corporations for all their actions and formalities, may they be usual or exceptional.
