Patrimmofi Groupe completes its sixth acquisition in two years, acquiring Patrimoine et Gestion, an independent wealth and financial advisory firm.
This acquisition adds a little over 500 million euros to the assets under management of the group, headed by Georges Nemes and backed by Andera Partners since July 2021, taking it to over two billion euros.
The transaction also enables Groupe Patrimmofi to consolidate its territorial coverage, notably in Lyon and Dijon, and to establish itself in Champagne to become the leading wealth management advisory platform in these regions, following its historic acquisitions of ICF and CoValeurs.
Founded in 1984 and headed by Benjamin Christ, Arnaud Caron, Arnaud Lallemand, Thomas Bzowski and Thomas Blondel, the Dijon-based CGP will take advantage of this alliance to integrate its own 100% chartered accountancy subsidiary.
Augustin Fleytoux, Partner, Marguerite Galois-Boyé, Counsel, Emilie Phalier and Anne-Louise Cloarec, associates, and Emma Brémaud took part in this operation.
