Denis Brugère

Denis Brugère joined the Firm in 1983.
His practice mainly focuses on personal, asset and real estate tax as well as corporate reorganisation for a loyal clientele of groups and corporate managers.
Deeply attached to the observance of strict confidentiality in the handling of cases and strong of a result-oriented culture, he brings to the firm’s clients a transverse and creative vision fuelled by a long-term experience, particularly recognised in the transfer of businesses and asset engineering.

Philippe Delattre

Philippe Delattre has been a partner with the firm since 1979. He has developed particular expertise in international tax matters, and works partly in Luxembourg. He advises family funds, investors, real estate groups and financial institutions. He advises them on cross-functional issues relating to the structuring of their activities and assets, as well as on investment and growth operations in France and abroad. Philippe Delattre has also been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since December 2013.

Valery Diaz
PartnerBiography
Valery Diaz is an expert in insolvency proceedings, with solid experience in consulting and litigation. Before joining Degroux Brugère, she worked as an associate in an insolvency administrator’s office and then in a judicial representative’s office, which enabled her to develop valuable expertise in this field.
Valery stands out for her personalized approach, working in close collaboration with her clients, particularly in the manufacturing and automotive industries. She also assists Spanish and Latin American manufacturers as they enter the French market.
She sees collective proceedings as an economic opportunity, seeking to transform difficult situations into assets for her clients. Valery manages each case with a global vision, ensuring that strategies are effective by travelling to the field.

A partner since 2015, Augustin Fleytoux joined the firm, attracted by its entrepreneurial project led by different generations of partners.

Frédéric Hennes is a partner at Degroux Brugère, which he joined in 2008 after starting his career in the tax departments of a number of leading law firms.
Specializing in legal and tax support for companies and private clients (managers, investors, families), he works in the firm’s various business sectors, with particular expertise in structuring wealth, professional assets and investments. His practice incorporates solid international experience and in-depth knowledge of tax authorities.
With a double degree in business law and taxation (Sorbonne University), he is also a member of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners), the “Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux” (IACF) and the International Tax Association (IFA).

Marguerite Galois-Boyé

After working in the tax department of an Anglo-Saxon law firm, Marguerite joined Degroux Brugère in 2016 as an associate and became partner in January 2025.
Marguerite is involved in both the tax structuring and transactional aspects of private equity, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and expansion capital transactions. She assists investment funds in LBO transactions, companies and their management in fund-raising, external growth and refinancing operations, and in setting up management packages.

Sybille Plantin

Partner Sybille Plantin has been with the firm since 1992.
As a member of Degroux Brugère’s Corporate Law department, she advises and assists the firm’s clients – listed and unlisted companies and family offices, particularly in the real estate, hotel, services and industrial sectors – on their acquisitions, mergers and restructuring operations.
