The principle of setting fees is based on the time spent, according to a billing rate that depends on the level of experience and responsibility of the contributors.
Fees may, where applicable, be flat-rate or partially results-based when the configuration and issues of the case allow it. Specific conditions are defined in the fee agreement between the client and the lawyer.
The invoiced fees are increased by VAT at the rate in force at the time of invoicing, and by the amount of the expenses and disbursements incurred for the performance of our missions (justification provided). They are payable on reception. Subcontracting costs incurred within the framework of work entrusted to third parties (e.g. external consultants) remain the responsibility of the client.
