The start-up Each One, which has been helping refugees and migrants to train and find jobs in France for several years, has raised €5 million, half of which in debt, from Ring Capital, Inco Ventures and business angels, including Thierry Petit (Showroomprivé) and Pierre Dubuc (Openclassrooms).

The company's ambition is to consolidate its presence in France and Europe, through the industrialization of its model, the development of its technological solution, and the doubling of its workforce by the end of the year, with the recruitment of around 40 talents by 2022.

This first-ever fundraising round on this subject will enable the company, which was created in 2015 and has been self-financed until now, to assert itself as THE reference partner for corporate social commitment and to bring about a real paradigm shift on a larger scale.

Jérémie Swiecznik, partner, Anne-Louise Cloarec and Maxim Khlopotin, associates, assisted Ring Capital in this transaction.
