Less than a month after making its new name official - Inherent, for "inherent to the proper functioning of companies" - the digital services group Adista, located near Nancy, has acquired Equadex, an IT solutions expert from Toulouse.
The acquisition strengthens Inherent's position as the leading alternative B2B cloud and connectivity operator in France, and reinforces its territorial coverage, in line with its ongoing growth strategy. In two years, the group has doubled in size, successively integrating Waycom Unyc, Fingerprint, Cyrès and Cyberprotect.
The IT group Equadex brings the skills of 60 employees, two data centers and the clientele of 500 companies in Occitania.
