The Inherent group has acquired the Touraine-based company Connect Services with the backing of its reference shareholder Keensight Capital, thus strengthening its position as the leading alternative cloud and connectivity B2B operator in France.
Founded in 2013, Connect Services offers a range of IT and connectivity services as well as technical support to more than 1,300 customers from small and medium-sized businesses, local authorities and the professions.
This acquisition, which is in line with Inherent's external growth strategy, consolidates its position as a local IT services operator and strengthens its territorial coverage.
Inherent's skills will enhance Connect Services' offering to better meet the needs of its customers, particularly in hosting and cyber security services.
