Vertbaudet, a ready-to-wear children's retailer, has acquired Envie de Fraise, a company specialising in maternity wear, from the Rosa group (Linvosges, Françoise Saget).
This acquisition will enable the Northern France-based group to extend its range, which until now has included children's ready-to-wear as well as decoration, nursery products and toys, and to enhance its "Maternity" segment.
