After working for accountancy firms specialising in business law, Rime joined Degroux Brugère's corporate team in 2023.

Rime is involved in the legal monitoring of a portfolio of companies and also advises on extraordinary transactions (incorporation, amendments to articles of association, changes in governance, restructuring operations, etc.).
