After practising in law firms specialising in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, and in companies, Léa joined Degroux Brugère's corporate team in 2023.

Léa is in charge of the legal monitoring of a portfolio of companies and is also involved in extraordinary transactions (incorporations, amendments to articles of association, changes in governance, restructuring operations, etc.).
