Capital Croissance, an entrepreneurs’ club for growth-oriented SMEs and ETIs, has become a minority shareholder in the regional wealth management consultancy group Synalp, by orchestrating a primary OBO alongside its three founders, Laurent Journet, Sébastien Labens and Benjamin Bertrand. Capital Croissance is thus making the first investment of its CAIRN Capital III fund, created in November 2023.
The Group has enjoyed double-digit growth in recent years, underpinned in particular by an active policy of external growth, with eleven acquisitions in five years.
Synalp, a major player in wealth management in the Rhône-Alpes region, is accelerating its development by welcoming Capital Croissance as a shareholder.
