Our practice
Capacity for action across a broad range of disciplines
Since it was founded in 1953, Degroux Brugère built its reputation on providing tax advice to family-owned businesses and company directors, particularly in the context of transfers, mergers and acquisitions, organisation of assets and assistance with tax audits. Our Corporate practice provides a wide array of national and international clients with integrated services relating to tax and legal, transactional and restructuring issues. Whether in the context of consultancy or litigation services, our support includes personalised, premium-quality legal and tax advice. Bringing a wealth of experience and a keen sense of teamwork, our ten partners and some twenty associates and senior lawyers practise in several languages, reflecting our firm belief in traditional yet entrepreneurial values.
Values
Our core principles are straightforward: experience, professionalism, adaptability, commitment and responsibility.
These principles owe much to our many years of expertise, our excellent knowledge of local practices and the high level of recognition we enjoy among public authorities and professionals in our various areas of expertise.
Together with their clients, our partners develop a strategic and global vision of their cases, recommending clear, effective and secure solutions for which they take responsibility, and which are in strict proportion to the nature of what is genuinely at stake in each case. The cohesive, integrated organisation of our teams makes this objective a reality.
All of this, combined with rigorous respect for ethics and confidentiality, forms the basis of the trusting relationships we have established with our many clients, in some cases over a period of 30 years or more.
