The Luxembourg office, bridging two jurisdictions
Philippe Delattre, a partner in the tax department, and Amélie Duclos, a senior lawyer in the corporate department, are joint heads of the firm’s Luxembourg office, offering both domestic and cross-border assistance. Thanks to their expertise in relations involving France, Luxembourg and other jurisdictions, they provide a comprehensive service in the fields of business law, private equity, real estate and tax. Renowned for its institutional and economic stability, Luxembourg is a leading financial centre, including in the field of socially responsible investment. The office works closely with fiduciaries, notaries and banks in Luxembourg, and is an active player in the local business network, particularly as a member of the France Luxembourg Business Club.
