The law firm Degroux Brugère advised Norrsken VC on its $20 million Series A funding round led by Vocca, with participation from Heal Capital, Speedinvest, and Firstminute Capital, as well as several business angels, including the founders of Alan and Datadog.
One year after raising €4.7 million in its first funding round, this new round brings the total amount raised by the French startup to $25 million. This will enable Vocca to continue developing its platform and accelerate its rollout to healthcare professionals.
Founded in 2024, Vocca is an artificial intelligence platform designed to facilitate communication between healthcare providers and their patients. Its specialized AI agents handle more than one million patient interactions each month across more than 20 medical specialties.
Jérémie Swiecznik and Willy Lao acted as counsel to Norrsken VC, Europe’s largest early-stage impact investment fund, on all legal and transactional aspects of this transaction.
