Meilleurtaux Placement marks a new milestone in the development of its wealth management offering with the announcement of its acquisition of Honova, a French wealth management advisory firm. A few months after the launch of its Private Banking offering in 2025, this transaction consolidates the group’s position with wealth management clients seeking tailored, high-end support.
Founded in 1988 by François Nesa, Honova is one of France’s pioneering wealth management advisors. With nearly €200 million in assets under management, the company stands out for its rigorous approach and investment strategies designed to withstand economic cycles and financial crises.
This acquisition is part of the diversification and growth strategy of Meilleurtaux Placement, which currently manages more than €5.7 billion in assets and achieved record inflows of €1 billion in 2024. Backed by the trust of more than 70,000 savers, the group is continuing its development based on a hybrid model combining digital innovation and human expertise, with the ambition of doubling its assets by 2027.
Augustin Fleytoux and Emilie Phalier advised Meilleurtaux Placement on the legal and transactional aspects of the deal.
