The founder of Lessonia, a company specializing in the shaping of cosmetic products and the manufacture of natural ingredients for cosmetic brands, is selling the majority of his shares in order to develop the company’s shareholding around a team of managers, led by Sébastien Guillotin. Lessonia’s management thus becomes the majority shareholder.
This operation is combined with an entry into the capital of minority investors, NewAlpha Verto, Bpifrance and BNP Paribas Développement, in order to support Lessonia in the new stage of its development.
