Augustin Fleytoux has been a partner since 2015. He previously practiced in the M&A department of King and Wood Mallesons (former SJ Berwin).

His practice covers private equity and mergers & acquisitions and thus assists investment funds in LBO transactions and venture capital deals, and companies and managers in their fund raising operations, external growth and refinancing, as well as the implementation of management packages.

He joined Degroux Brugère convinced by the entrepreneurial project carried out by its different generations of partners.
