La Boîte Aux Enfants, founded in 2009 and specialized in the management of indoor leisure parks for children, is pursuing a strategy of external growth and territorial coverage. Turenne Capital and M Capital, which have held a stake in the company since 2014, were joined in 2021 by Bpifrance, via its France Investissement Tourisme 2 fund, to accelerate its external growth.
The company, a leader in its market, currently comprises 25 parks in France, welcomes over 2 million visitors a year and generates sales of 18 million euros.
With this transaction, Group M6 is acquiring LBAE Group to pursue its investment strategy aimed at families, around Gulli, France’s leading children’s channel.
