DEGROUX BRUGERE ASSISTS JEAN-CHRISTOPHE GARBINO, ALONGSIDE FRANCK DUMERY, IRD INVEST’S FE2T FUND AND GROUPE PHILIPPE GINESTET, IN THE ACQUISITION OF GRAIN DE MALICE

Degroux Brugère advised Jean-Christophe Garbino, along with Franck Duméry, IRD Invest’s regional investment fund FE2T and Groupe Philippe Ginestet, on the acquisition of Grain de Malice, a women’s ready-to-wear brand founded in 2007.

This acquisition marks a new stage of growth for Grain de Malice, which now has over 200 stores in France.

This operation will accelerate the strategic development plan that Jean-Christophe Garbino, Franck Duméry, IRD and GPG wish to implement, by fully engaging the company’s management and all dedicated employees, while promoting ecological initiatives linked to the environmental challenges specific to this sector.

As Chairman, Jean-Christophe Garbino will bring his experience and leadership to the general management of Grain de Malice, driven by his principles of trust, freedom and responsibility.

Franck Duméry, with his expertise in information technology, will oversee the IT and data side of the business.

IRD and GPG, with their solid expertise in trade and private equity, will provide additional financial support and added value to Grain de Malice.
