Degroux Brugère has assisted wealth manager Rhétorès in its acquisition of Dauphine AM, a company dedicated to the wealth management of executives in Paris. Dauphine AM combines private wealth management (Dauphine Patrimoine) and asset management (Dauphine Asset Management).
Following the acquisition in February 2022 of Cap Fidelis, a major player in wealth management in the Lille region, and the integration of Résilience Patrimoine in October 2022, this third acquisition enables Rhétorès to pursue its expansion objective, taking its assets under management to almost 800 million euros, including 285 million euros contributed by Dauphine AM.
