Menway Group, a specialist in HR solutions for businesses, has acquired WEEM, a leading player in high-level independent talent.
This transaction marks a key milestone in the development of WEEM, which welcomes Menway as a majority shareholder. Founders Leslie Garçon and Aristide Varvounis remain involved in the venture, ensuring continuity in the company’s vision and strategic direction.
Founded in 2018, WEEM has built up a network of over 4,000 highly qualified consultants (strategy, management, interim management) and already works with a third of the CAC 40 companies, as well as major players in the entrepreneurial and financial ecosystem.
This alliance enables Menway Group to strengthen its premium consulting offering and accelerate its development, both in France and abroad.
