Degroux Brugère advised Inherent Group, a leading provider of cloud, telecoms, and cybersecurity services, on its acquisition of Systonic, a Bordeaux-based company specializing in cloud hosting and digital services.
This strategic deal enables Inherent to strengthen the cloud offering of its Adista brand, bringing the number of data centers operated in France to 16. It also marks the group’s fourth acquisition in 2025, following Devensys Cybersecurity (January), Conexio Telecom (March), and EverLink (June).
Founded in 1989, Systonic offers hosting solutions based on its own cloud, manages domain name portfolios, and develops websites. Through this integration, the group aims to offer a one-stop shop for cloud, connectivity, and cybersecurity services to all of its customers..
With this new external growth operation, Inherent Group is continuing its ambitious development, aiming for a turnover of €350 million by the end of August, at the close of its fiscal year.
Augustin Fleytoux and Quentin Bechert advised Groupe Inherent on the legal and transactional aspects of the deal. Tax expertise was provided by Anne-Louise Cloarec.
