Degroux Brugère advises on the sale of the Patrimmofi group to the VYV group

After assisting the Patrimmofi Group, supported by Andera Partners, in completing 18 external growth transactions over the past four years, enabling the leading national wealth management advisory platform to increase fivefold in size in four years and reach €3 billion in assets under management, Degroux Brugère advised on the sale of the Patrimmofi Group to the VYV Group, France’s leading mutual health and social protection provider.

Degroux Brugère carried out the legal and tax vendor due diligence prior to the transaction and assisted the management team with the sale and reinvestment.
The arrival of the VYV Group marks the start of a new phase of development for Patrimmofi, with an ambitious expansion plan targeting more than €10 billion in outstanding loans by the end of 2029, while preserving its autonomy and entrepreneurial culture.
