Degroux Brugère advised Capital Croissance on its acquisition of a stake in Vigians, a fire protection specialist, as part of an MBO transaction.
This transaction enables the management team to take control of the group, with Capital Croissance as a minority shareholder. The financing round is completed by Gorgé SA, a long-standing shareholder that is reinvesting part of its shares, and by BNP Paribas Développement.
This is the fourth transaction for the CAIRN Capital III fund, which was raised at the end of 2023.
