Degroux Brugère advised Bpifrance and IRDI Capital Investissement on their investment in Lapi Group, France’s leading network of multi-specialist insurance brokers for individuals and businesses.
This strategic investment will enable the group, founded in 2022, to accelerate its organic and external growth.
Through this transaction, the two investors are entering into a long-term partnership aimed at supporting the consolidation of the brokerage market and the growth of the Lapi Groupe model through the acquisition of 50 local brokerage firms, thereby strengthening its unique position as the leading network of multi-specialist insurance brokers for individuals and businesses in France.
