Degroux Brugère advised Infinite Orbits on its oversubscribed €40 million fundraising round, intended to accelerate the deployment of its fleet of GEO orbit inspection and life extension satellites. This round of financing brings together the EIC Fund, Matterwave Ventures, Wind Capital, Balnord, IRDI, and Newfund, among others.
Founded in 2017, the Toulouse-based startup develops in-orbit services based on Rendez Vous, an autonomous vision navigation software that enables complex proximity operations. This fundraising marks a strategic milestone for the company, at a time when in-orbit intervention capabilities are becoming a major challenge for European operators and institutions.
The transaction follows the €12 million round raised in 2024, dedicated to the construction of Endurance, Europe’s first satellite for extending the life of other satellites. With this new funding, Infinite Orbits is accelerating the industrialization of its fleet and preparing to launch new services by 2030.
Jérémie Swiecznik and Maxim Khlopotin advised on all legal and transactional aspects of this operation.
