Riviera Villages is one of the leading names in luxury outdoor accommodation on the French Riviera, with three iconic destinations located in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez: Les Prairies de la Mer, Kon Tiki, and Toison d’Or.
Through this capital restructuring, Ladouceur Group is significantly strengthening its foothold within Riviera Villages by increasing its stake to two-thirds of the equity. Carried out without external financing, the transaction marks a new phase of restructuring for the Group. It is part of a consolidation strategy aimed at bringing together, under a single management structure, the Riviera Villages and Collection Rivages brands, which now encompass ten 4- and 5-star destinations.
Founded in 1959 with the opening of the Les Prairies de la Mer campground, the Group has established itself as a leading player in the high-end outdoor tourism sector in France.
