The Degroux Brugère firm is advising the Patrimmofi Group, a key player in the wealth management consulting sector (“CGP”), on the strategic merger of four wealth management firms:
− PlusValue Conseil, a wealth management firm based in Nantes;
− FinOffice, a Paris-based wealth management consultancy;
− Octinvest, a wealth management consultancy based in Toulouse;
− The Olivier Giorgetta firm, located in the “Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes” region.
Following these transactions, the Patrimmofi Group has surpassed the 4 billion euro mark in assets under management. These mergers and acquisitions strengthen its regional presence, particularly in the Southwest, while solidifying its position as a leading player in private wealth management.
