Devialet, a French acoustic engineering company recognized worldwide for its unique audio products and technologies, has announced a €50 million capital increase.
Crédit Mutuel Equity and Bpifrance, via its Large Venture fund, its two historical shareholders, have increased their equity stakes. They are joined by a new Asian investor, strategic for the development of Devialet's technological licenses.
With this operation, the company intends to continue its double-digit growth by strengthening its international presence. The Board of Directors, composed of 10 members, is renewed and reaches parity.
The objective of this fundraising is allowing Devialet to continue accelerating the development of new products. The company, which has recently successfully invested in two new market segments (wireless headphones and home cinema), is more than ever dedicated to an ambitious product development plan.
Jérémie Swiecznik, partner, advised Bpifrance on this financing.
