Ademeure, a major player in the construction of ecological timber-frame homes in France, has just completed a €5 million financing round to continue stepping up production and developing new projects.
The fundraising was led by Stellar Impact, a family fund managed by Telos Impact, alongside Enthéos, an eco-responsible investor and long-time supporter of the company.
Founded in 2017 and headed by Jonathan Duffié, Ademeure has gradually transformed itself into an industrialized modular builder following the entry into its capital in 2021 of Enthéos and Genetio, its historic investors.
Historically focused on the production of single-family homes, the company has successfully developed a service aimed at B2B customers - local authorities, social landlords and developers wishing to significantly reduce delays and uncertainties on their construction projects. The company set up its first plant in Langon, on the former Airbus site.
Augustin Fleytoux, partner, Benoît Courtet, counsel, Quentin Bechert, associate, and Emma Brémaud took part in this transaction.
