Degroux Brugère worked alongside Bpifrance to strengthen the capital of the Coucoo Cabanes Group, a French specialist in eco-tourism. This transaction marks the entry of Crédit Agricole Régions Investissement (Carvest) and BFC Croissance (Banque Populaire BFC) alongside Coucoo Cabanes’ existing investors, including Bpifrance.
This new round of financing will enable the group, founded in 2009, to continue its ambitious development with the opening of six new eco-tourism sites across France.
Already supported by Bpifrance since 2019, Coucoo Cabanes confirms its status as a leader in sustainable hospitality, combining comfort and respect for the environment.
Jérémie Swiecznik, partner in the Transaction Group, advised Bpifrance on all legal and transactional aspects of this operation, helping to secure and structure the investment, in line with Bpifrance’s strategy of supporting companies committed to sustainable transition.
