The inherent group, a major player in local digital services, continues to grow with the acquisition of B2B telecom operator Everlink.
Through this alliance, the group, already known for its Adista, Devensys Cybersecurity, Unyc and Upper-Link brands, strengthens its leading position in the IT and telecoms services market, while consolidating its presence in the Paris region, a key territory for its development. Inherent will now be able to offer a complete range of services, from telecoms to cloud and cybersecurity.
This acquisition is fully in line with the group’s strategy, which aims to offer a one-stop shop to support businesses in their digital needs, combining proximity, expertise and quality of service.
