Degroux Brugère is assisting the Patrimmofi group, a key player in wealth management consulting (CGP), with the strategic merger of Clavreul Finances, based in Laval, with its Rennes-based subsidiary Hortus Patrimoine & Associés.
This transaction strengthens the Patrimmofi Group’s presence in western France, where it now has 120 employees and manages €3.5 billion in assets.
For Clavreul Finances, this merger allows it to draw on the resources and engineering expertise of a leading group, while preserving its identity and local roots. Based in Laval for over 30 years, the firm assists private and professional clients in structuring and enhancing the value of their assets.
