DEGROUX BRUGERE ADVISES THE GROUP MEILLEURTAUX IN THE ACQUISITION OF MID FINANCE

The Meilleurtaux Group, one of the leading real estate and insurance brokers in France, has acquired MiD Finance, a company present in Wallonia, Brussels and Luxembourg.

MiD Finance, created in 2007 by Michel David, is a player in the comparison and brokerage of consumer credit, real estate credit, credit consolidation and insurance. It has a very strong growth, which has allowed it to become a key player in its market.

Thanks to this acquisition, Meilleurtaux now has access to the Belgian and Luxembourg credit and insurance markets.

This operation was carried out by DEGROUX BRUGERE with Augustin Fleytoux, partner, and Oriane Rocher, associate, on the transactional aspects, and SIMONT BRAUN, with Tom Swinnen, managing partner, Thomas Derval, counsel, and Melissa Maertens and Rivaëlle Delory, associates, on the Belgian law aspects.
