A graduate of Master 2 in International Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon - Assas and the EFB (Bar School), Oriane worked for one year in the department specialising in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions of a Parisian firm before joining Degroux Brugère in 2018.

Oriane is mainly involved in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate restructuring. In particular, she assists investment funds in fundraising, external growth and refinancing operations, as well as in the implementation of management packages.
