After four years of practice in the tax department of a business law firm in Paris, Anne-Louise joined Degroux Brugère in 2021 as an associate.

Anne-Louise assists companies and investment funds in their acquisition, restructuring and financing transactions. She is particularly involved in all aspects of transactional taxation, from due diligence to structuring. She is also involved in asset taxation as well as in tax audits and litigation.
