Degroux Brugère has supported Patrimmofi group in its acquisition of the asset management firm Vendôme Investissement Conseil.
With 180 million euros of assets under management, mainly invested in financial products, this independent family-run business offers its customers a wide range of products and services to help them build, manage and optimize their overall wealth.
With this fourth acquisition since Andera Expansion became a shareholder in September 2021, the Patrimmofi group is pursuing its growth objectives, with total assets to date of almost €1.7 billion.
