This transaction is part of the group’s continued strong growth with Activa Capital in 2022, which will also make a significant reinvestment alongside founders Stéphane Rudzinski and Grégory Soudjoukdjian, and management. The finalization of the transaction is subject to obtaining the usual regulatory approvals.

The Group serves more than 6,200 clients and will reach approximately €2.7 billion in assets under management by the end of the year. Its model is based on personalized advisory expertise backed by a robust operational platform, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
