Groupe Patrimmofi strengthens its territorial presence and diversifies its offering by integrating four new wealth management consultancies: EC Patrimoine, Alias Finance, ECGP and the Parisian firm headed by Anne-Charlotte Theves. Two of these acquisitions were made via its subsidiaries, Vendôme Investissement Conseil and Institut du Patrimoine.
With these new operations, the group reaches a total of eleven acquisitions since Andera Expansion became a shareholder in July 2021. The Patrimmofi Group’s advised assets now stand at over 2.7 billion euros, with annual inflows exceeding 400 million euros. Thanks to this momentum, the Group is aiming to reach 5 billion euros in assets under management within the next three years.
The acquisitions were financed by the Patrimmofi Group’s own funds, supplemented by Unitranche financing from Kartesia, the Group’s loyal partner since 2022.
For these four simultaneous acquisitions, partner Augustin Fleytoux, associate Emilie Phalier and legal expert Emma Bremaud advised Groupe Patrimmofi on transactional aspects, financing and legal audits. Marguerite Galois-Boyé, partner, Anne-Louise Cloarec and Marie de Jorna, associates, advised the group on tax matters.
