Degroux Brugère advised wealth manager Rhétorès on the acquisition of Family Affairs, a Toulon-based wealth management firm founded in 2010 by Yann Trebaol.
Following on from Cap Fidelis and Résilience Patrimoine in 2022, and Dauphine AM last June, this is the fourth acquisition for the Rhétorès group, confirming its policy of external growth and extending its territorial coverage.
The arrival of Activa Capital as a shareholder in February 2022 has accelerated the group’s development, with assets under management more than tripling.
