Groupe Patrimmofi expands into the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, consolidating its territorial coverage with the acquisition of Cabinet Conseil Torandell. The acquisition of this consulting firm, which specializes in provident solutions and comprehensive business support services, enables the group to expand its customer portfolio while integrating new sector expertise.

Groupe Patrimmofi, which has always aimed to increase its influence in the asset management field, thus brings to 14 the number of external growth operations completed since Andera Expansion became a shareholder in July 2021.

This development also reflects the Group’s determination to enrich its expertise, adapt to market changes and strengthen its sectoral roots, with a clear objective: to become a key player in wealth management and reach €5 billion in assets under management within three years.
