Groupe Patrimmofi strengthens its territorial presence and diversifies its offering by integrating four new wealth management consultancies: EC Patrimoine, Alias Finance, ECGP and the Parisian firm headed by Anne-Charlotte Theves. Two of these acquisitions were made via its subsidiaries, Vendôme Investissement Conseil and Institut du Patrimoine.
With these new operations, the group reaches a total of eleven acquisitions since Andera Expansion became a shareholder in July 2021. The Patrimmofi Group’s advised assets now stand at over 2.7 billion euros, with annual inflows exceeding 400 million euros. Thanks to this momentum, the Group is aiming to reach 5 billion euros in assets under management within the next three years.
The acquisitions were financed by the Patrimmofi Group’s own funds, supplemented by Unitranche financing from Kartesia, the Group’s loyal partner since 2022.
For these four simultaneous acquisitions, partner Augustin Fleytoux, associate Emilie Phalier and legal expert Emma Bremaud advised Groupe Patrimmofi on transactional aspects, financing and legal audits. Marguerite Galois-Boyé, partner, Anne-Louise Cloarec and Marie de Jorna, associates, advised the group on tax matters.

Convinced of the opportunities offered by the fast-growing cybersecurity market, CyGO Entrepreneurs has raised €5 million from the French Tech Accélération 2 fund, managed on behalf of the French government by Bpifrance Investissement, and BNP Paribas Développement, as well as from influential cybersecurity entrepreneurs.
Through this first round of funding, the startup studio founded last year is reaffirming its objective of creating startups capable of driving competitive European cybersecurity by 2030, in the face of intensifying geopolitical and industrial threats, and in response to strategic challenges on a global scale.

HL Robotics, a subsidiary of the South Korean conglomerate HL Group, has acquired a majority stake in Stanley Robotics, a French start-up specializing in outdoor parking robots.
By leveraging Stanley Robotics’ cutting-edge technology and proven expertise, HL Robotics aims to consolidate its position as world leader in this high-growth sector, further integrating autonomous parking solutions into its broader growth strategy.
Founded in 2015, Stanley Robotics has developed patented technologies and carried out over 100,000 robotic missions, notably in the airport and automotive logistics sectors. The company, moreover, has a portfolio of ten international patents and offers a range of solutions combining autonomous robots, fleet management software and operational services.

The Inherent Group, a major player in digital services in France, is consolidating its cybersecurity business by combining the skills of Devensys Cybersecurity with those of Cyberprotect, the SOC (Security Operations Center) expert it integrated in 2022.
Founded in 2013, Devensys Cybersecurity provides private and public players with a full range of cybersecurity services, including offensive security with penetration testing to assess organizational resilience, and defensive security to monitor IT systems.
This acquisition enables the group to establish itself as a leading player in the French cybersecurity market and expand its offering.

Degroux Brugère extends its best wishes for the year 2025 and is very proud to announce that Marguerite Galois-Boyé has been admitted to the Firm’s partnership effective January 1, 2025.
Marguerite has joined the Transactional practice of Degroux Brugère in 2016, advising investment funds, companies and their management on the tax structuring and transactional aspects of private equity transactions (LBOs, MBOs, etc.), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital or development capital and intra-group reorganisations. She advises investment funds, companies and their management on, inter alia, LBO, external growth, refinancing and fundraising transactions.
Marguerite joins a team of ten partners covering all the Firm’s areas or specialization. She will play an active role, supported by the team of circa thirty associates now working at Degroux Brugère.

Rhétorès formalizes its association with NS Groupe a few days after the integration of Segep Finance.
The acquisition of NS Groupe strengthens the group’s geographical presence, particularly in Paris. The acquisition also enables Rhétorès to pass the 1.3 billion euro mark in assets under management.
Nébojsa Sreckovic, founder of NS Groupe and Chairman of Anacofi CIF, will play a key role within Rhétorès, particularly in identifying and integrating new strategic assets.
Partner Augustin Fleytoux, associate Emilie Phalier and legal expert Anne-Céline Massias advised Rhétorès on the financing and transactional aspects of the deal, as well as on the legal audits. Counsel Marguerite Galois-Boyé assisted the group with tax matters.

Rhétorès continues its external growth dynamic and strengthens its regional roots with the acquisition of Segep Finance, specialized in wealth management in Alsace. This sixth acquisition since Activa’s investment in 2022 marks a new strategic chapter for the group, which now extends its field of action to the high-potential Grand Est region.
Following the acquisition of Profil Finance last July and the symbolic milestone of one billion euros in assets under management, Rhétorès reaffirms its ambition to become a major player in the French wealth management market.
Founded in Strasbourg in 2001 by Michel Seybel and Christophe Prim, Segep Finance is a recognized player in the Grand Est region for its expertise in wealth engineering and its personalized approach to serving high-end customers. As part of this transaction, the founders will contribute their expertise and experience to support the group’s development.
