After five years of development, Capital Croissance sells its stake in Emresa.
At the end of a competitive sale process organized by Adviso Partners, Meanings Capital Partners becomes Emresa’s main shareholder through its Meanings Private Equity Growth (MPEG) fund, in partnership with managers Elodie Wehrlé and Cédric Voz.
Known under the Sympass brand name, Emresa has played a key role in the employee benefits market for over twenty years, thanks to a network of nearly 1,000 partners in Luxembourg, France, Belgium and Germany.
Under the impetus of Capital Croissance, and backed by its sector expertise, Emresa has carried out several strategic initiatives in recent years, and continues to innovate in order to offer new solutions tailored to the needs of companies and their employees.
