Created in 2023, CentraleSupélec Venture supports and finances startups from the CentraleSupélec ecosystem. Its mission is to support high-potential early-stage startups founded by alumni or linked to laboratories and entrepreneurship programs.

The operation is perfectly in line with the fund’s mission, which aims to consolidate synergies between the school, its alumni, and the technological innovation ecosystem in France.

This fundraising marks a new milestone for Exwayz, which continues its rapid growth and strengthens its ability to deploy its 3D automation solutions in rapidly expanding markets.

Following an initial acquisition in Italy in 2024 and the opening of an office in North America this year, Edflex intends to amplify its impact on global organizations by making access to training simpler, more relevant, and closer to the field. Edflex now aims to become one of the European leaders in the training market, which is currently dominated by American and Asian players.

Through this transaction, the two investors are entering into a long-term partnership aimed at supporting the consolidation of the brokerage market and the growth of the Lapi Groupe model through the acquisition of 50 local brokerage firms, thereby strengthening its unique position as the leading network of multi-specialist insurance brokers for individuals and businesses in France.
